Ezip HANDLEBAR adjustable STEM?

jetman22

I want to adjust my HANDLEBAR adjustable STEM on my Ezip curry electric bike.I want to raise the smaller piece. On one side the allen head came off with ease but the other side won't budge. I am afraid it might strip it. Any suggestions?

Answer
You should pay special attention to the owners manual.

There is a little yellow sticker surrounding that bolt that tells you NOT TO LOOSEN IT. That was your first error.

There is a bolt UNDER the stem, on that "smaller piece" that holds a wedge in place. Retighten the bolt you loosened to the correct torque (don't guess), then loosen the wedge bolt until the extension (that smaller piece) can be rotated. Align it as desired, then retighten.

Does anyone know where I can find cheep three wheeler parts?

I have a Honda 110 and I need a new clutch basket hopefully below $100

I'm open to all answers

Answer
the clutch basket should be the same as that fitted to a honda CUB C 90.
So you could find them relatively cheap on ebay.
LONCIN 110 engine should check the parts listing , this is a generic copy of the Honda 110 and as it is available in 12 Volt comes with a starter motor, this is a direct fit, you could replace the whole motor and sell the Honda unit on Ebay to recover some costs.
LONCIN make a 209 cc version of the same engine with oil cooler and associated parts, so you could take the oportunity to really uprate the bike.
Main difference between the 110 engine used in the trike and the 90 cc used in the bike is the 110 trike engine doesnot have a kickstarter assembly on the right but has a pull cord fitted to the left generator cover. The C90 does not have facilities for the Pull cord starter. But both it and the 110 LONCIN both have electric start.
Ensure if you do go down this route you get the version with the starter motor low slung to the front and not high up on the gear box
enjoy
