I was just wondering if you can get in trouble for riding a bike after having a few drinks?

Of course, we all know it's illegal to drink and drive, but is it illegal (in the US or elsewhere) to ride ("drive") a bicycle/skateboard/skates while intoxicated? Are things like mopeds or electric scooters placed in the same category as "motor vehicles"?
In the US, I believe it is illegal to be intoxicated in public, but if you are caught on a bike, etc., is that considered a different crime, i.e. it's illegal to ride a bike drunk, not just because you are in public drunk?

Specific states define things differently, howerver, generally a "vehicle" is "everything on wheels or runners, including motorized bicycles, but does not mean electric peronal assistive movility devices, vehicles that are operate exclusively on rails or tracks or from overhead electric trolley wheels"
Bicycles, skateboards, skates, mopeds, and electric scooters that are operted on public roadways are all bound by the same laws as cars and trucks, and driving / riding any of those things on public roadways while intoxicated will result in the same charge as if you were driving a car.
