Does this look like a good starter road bike?

Hi, I found this bike on eBay.

How much would you say it is worth?
And do you think it looks like a good starter road bike?
I am 19 and a girl, done a lot of mountain biking but never ridden a road bike. Don't want to do much competing, but maybe an occasional triathlon. Would like to do some long road rides though.
What'd you think?
Thanks very grateful for any opinion :)
I'm 1.65 metres
Answer
Yeah...it's a good bike IF (big if) #1 it's the right size for you. How do you know? You can't test ride it before the sale. With the compact frame design & a 51 cm frame size, you'd need to be roughly 5' 7" to 5' 10" tall to ride it comfortable. And #2 - IF the seller is telling the truth about it's condition.
BTW...that saddle on the bike is junk.
Contact the seller & ask how tall they are. That seatpost appears to be jacked up REALLY high.
