Stay away from the GMC Yukon and any other department store bike. That includes the Schwinn. You can get a better deal at Bikes Direct.

What kind of moto bike should I get?

I am going to get my bike licence and there is a limit of 250 CC.
I have been riding of road (trail riding) for some time now and I am comfortable on my bike.
so I am just asking for ideas on a nice easy bike to learn on the road but I still want it to have a good bit of power.
I am looking for a pacific model not Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki.

Honda XL 250. (not a 'pacific' model, but it is a specific one).
Dual-sport (on-off road) and reliable as your mother telling you to clean your room, maybe more.
