In order to ride a motorized bicycle in New Jersey you'll have to be old enough to ride a moped. Your bike will also have to meet moped requirements. Under 50 cc and an automatic transmission system (means no manual clutch).

It won't be on roads just maybe sidewalks or around the neighborhood. It's a mongoose cx24v200. It also has pedals like a normal bicycle. Thanks
