Extremely good electric scooter that you don't need a license for? OR something else (electric) no license?

Getting around here is sort of hard with my electric scooter because the area I live in is quite hilly. My dad can't take me anywhere. What is a really good electric or motor scooter that is good for hills and good on gas or...electricity haha.
Or something else like a moped or something that you DON'T need a license for!
