What muscle will build by me riding this?
I ride arround 9 hours everday and drink pepsi

same age and been riding for a long time, but no muscles that are physicaly visible. possible upper leg muscles and maybe butt?!!? but its mainly cardio exercise, hope it helps and fyi defo not the abs!!

What muscles gets worked when riding a bike?

quads : 50%
hamstring: 10%
calves : 5 %
butt : 35%
sometin like that
cuz i biked today. felt absolutely nothing in my butt, calves, hamstring.
all quads. gosh is there really nothing other than running/sprinting to get a full leg workout. . .

Keep riding your bike you will find out. Climbing hills will use the hamstring and gluts more. You cant expect much from one bike ride. Work your way up to a hour or more each day.
