Hi im looking to get my first bike. Had a few quads but necver ridden a bike. Im thinking of getting a cf 125 tomorrow. On a 2001 plate anyone got any advise on what to buy. Im 22 and in quite good shape so big heavty bikes wouldnt be a problem
Answer
For a first two wheel bike, get a reliable four-stroke. The power band tends to be wider and more forgiving on the throttle. If you mean the YX127-CF 125cc, that might be a good beginner dirt bike. You will most likely out grow it, so try not to do any mods that would lower its resale value.

I'm 14 and have osgoods in both knees but it hurts terribly in my right knee and i like to ride bikes all the time. can i continue without hurting it? it also doesnt hurt wen i ride
Answer
You can go to sports stores and they have these bands that go around the knee at the patellar tendon. I was able to play basketball with less pain, more mobility and the next day, my knees didn't hurt as much.
I don't think you will damage it if you keep riding. I didn't stop being active when I was dealing with it. But, it took longer than expected to go away.
