What are the laws for riding electric bikes in New Jersey? Thanks
It's a bike that rides 10 mph that also acts as a regular-pedalled bike. It's a Mongoose motocross cx200
It won't be riden on the roads. Its for riding to places like 5 minutes away.

In order to ride a motorized bicycle in New Jersey you'll have to be old enough to ride a moped. Your bike will also have to meet moped requirements. Under 50 cc and an automatic transmission system (means no manual clutch).
