How do I diagnose/fix my lafree electric bike?

It will start and run fine for about three miles, then it shuts down. It is an oldie. The bike is a Lafree (Giant Dealer), and it is about 15 years old.
I am working at a bike shop and money isn't the issue for fixing this bike, the customer is willing to pay what it costs.
The batteries have just been replaced.

You are using the original battery are you ? That could be the problem.

Is there a way to supe up a razor dirt bike?

I have an electric razor dirtbike and I wanted to know if there is a way to make it go a little faster or change the battery with a more powerful one so that it would last longer. Does any one have any ideas.

yes bigger voltage battery and a giant brushless motor but its going to cost u a pretty penny.
