I'm looking to buy a nice Road Bike but most everything i find is out of my price range. I'm looking to spend up to $300 or so. I was hoping to find an older Bianchi online. But any other suggestions for Bianchi brands or other bikes i should check into would be great. Not to mention any online stores anyone knows of or anything in the greater Louisville area.

Took me about a month on craigslist to research and find the right bicycle. Like you I only had about 300 dollars to spend on a good road bike. Look for name brands stay away from knockoffs and please spend money on good components instead of lighter bikes...doesn't matter how light a bike is if there is no rider on it it won't get very far. But try to make sure it does weight less than 30 pounds.
Trek, Specialized, Bianchi, Fuji, Cervelo, some Schwinns, Giant, Univega, Lemond, Nishiki, Cannondale, some Diamondback, Raleigh, Peugeot are, I would say, the most trusted brands.
